Known for their clean, classic style, this lot exemplifies the Lamastus approach. It's a Washed Geisha, clean, elegant and floral. From their Torre lot at the Elida Estate, the coffee has undergone a traditional process before being dried in a dark room, a temperature and humidity controlled environment - a controlled and intentional process. In the cup, we found flavour notes of satsuma, lemon ice tea and rose.
