Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1900mASL This Geisha Natural comes from Silvia Marina, one of the Kotowa farms in Panama, where Victoria Koyner and her father Ricardo continue a family coffee legacy that spans more than a century. We selected this lot after cupping with Victoria at the farm, impressed by the precision and quality that have made Kotowa a regular presence among the Best of Panama awards. Processed as a natural, this coffee is dried in cherry to develop greater sweetness and fruit complexity while maintaining the elegance and structural characteristics of Kotowa’s Geisha lots. In the cup we find flavour notes of muscovado, dried currants and chocolate mousse.
