Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Pacamara Process: Natural Agrícola Geisha is a celebrated specialty coffee producer in the high-altitude mountains of Boquete, Panama, producing award-winning micro-lots led by the Palenzuela family and the processing expertise of Manuel Barsallo. We cupped our first Agricola coffees two years ago alongside Manuel at Don Benjie and fast-forward to the present, we're pleased to bring the first lot from the farm to our menu. This lot is a Pacamara, processed as a natural. In the cup we find notes of grapefruit , gooseberry and elderflower.
