Country of Origin: Kenya Variety: SL28, SL34 & Ruiru 11 Process: Washed Kii Factory is part of the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society in Kenya’s Kirinyaga region, where smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at high altitudes in the area’s fertile red volcanic soils. Known for producing coffees with vibrant acidity, structured sweetness and complex fruit-forward character, Kii benefits from the region’s exceptional growing conditions. This washed process coffee is carefully pulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds, with meticulous attention throughout each stage to preserve clarity and enhance the coffee’s distinctive profile. In the cup we find notes of c lementine, nectarine and amaretto.
