We were fortunate enough to meet Pocho Gallardo this year in Panama and cup his latest harvest on the farm. It was an experience that is hard to describe - each coffee was unique, interesting and had exceptional clarity, each coffee available in an incredibly small quantity. It was a reminder of how extraordinary coffee can be when precision, intention, and place come together in perfect alignment. In the cup, we found flavour notes of honey, floral and blueberry.
