Sharpham Red Onion Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade

From our roastery neighbours, this red onion, rosemary, and thyme savoury marmalade is a twist on a favourite. The red onions are caramelised in soft brown sugar and balanced perfectly with balsamic and red wine vinegar. The herbs are handpicked, chopped, and added at the last minute for a savoury finish. This has a lovely dark golden colour with a reddy hue from the red onions and a wonderfully sticky texture. 230 grams.
