Yellow Bourbon

Yellow Bourbon has a lovely red berry sweetness, a hint of apple tartness, and a marshmallow-like sugary edge. Needless to say, it is very drinkable. Jorge's farm, El Jaragual, is a 150-hectare lot in Amalfi, Antioquia in northwestern Colombia. Much of the land is dedicated to protected forest, while the remaining area is used to grow some truly fantastic coffee. Jorge takes great care in his craft, employing unique processing techniques such as yeast inoculation and thermal shock to enhance the beans' inherent aromatic qualities. The result is a well-balanced cup with bright fruit notes and a lightly caramelised finish.
