Rotutu

Rotutu is a washed coffee from Timor-Leste, offering a beautifully balanced cup with notes of tangerine, warming nutmeg, and a nutty pecan finish. In the sub-district of Letefoho, the Rotutu Cooperative brings together 16 dedicated farmers. After careful hand harvesting, their coffee cherries are washed and dried on raised beds, resulting in a cup that is both clean and expressive.
