El Palto Geisha

In the small community of El Palto, Bellavista, near Jaén, the Guerrero family has been farming coffee for three generations. Each family member tends their own two hectares, but they come together to process their coffee at shared washing and drying stations. With ongoing guidance from an agronomist, they’ve refined their processing techniques over the years, leading to some truly wonderful coffees. This beautiful washed Geisha comes from Orlando and Pedro, two of the Guerrero brothers. Expect a cup full of bright acidity, stone fruit sweetness, and a delicate floral finish.
