1 Star Great Taste Award Winner | 2025 With a mellow nut sweetness and stone fruit finish, Bosque Lya is one of our favourite coffees. It has been roasted at the Granary since the inception of Rounton Coffee. Founded in 1932, the name Bosque Lya translates to 'Lya's forest', named after Gustavo Vides Valdes' daughter, Lya. This has become one of our most treasured coffees - it's the archetypal Salvadorian coffee - nutty, creamy and moreish.
