We directly source Flor del Inca from women-led smallholder farms in the remote Amazonas and Cajamarca regions. The Peruvian women farmers follow the current dynamic quality movement and organic husbandry on their farms, and they celebrate coffee as heritage—a source of strength, courage, and community. These farmers are supported by cooperatives that ensure the well-being of their members, protect quality, and preserve organic practices.
