Produced from growers from the Carmo da Cachoeira region South of Minas, producing this coffee through a natural process fermented in barrels at a high quality centralized mill. It is a blend of lots selected for specific cup attributes from specially trained producers of the area. The mill supports locals with planting native trees in preservation areas of the farms and supports children in needs with sport and music activities.
