Caffeine free shouldn’t mean flavour free. This Mexican coffee has had its caffeine kick removed via the Swiss Water decaffeination method whilst retaining all of its character. Roasted to just beyond a medium profile this coffee makes a beautiful late night latte without fear of losing sleep or a daytime drink without consequence for those not wanting caffeine in their cup. Depending on the brew method we pick up notes of stewed stone fruits carried through on a big body of treacle sweetness.
