Swiss Water Decaf

Grown at elevations above 1,000 metres, Colombia Excelso decaf beans come from several coffee-growing regions across Colombia, where high altitudes and favourable climates help produce dense beans with balanced sweetness and bright flavour. The coffee is made up of a blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, which together contribute to a well-rounded cup with natural chocolate and caramel notes. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water and carbon filters to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour characteristics. This careful process ensures the coffee retains its depth and balance, delivering a satisfying cup without the caffeine.
