Ethiopia Djimmah Grade 5 coffee is sourced from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (OCFCU), an organisation that supports over 200,000 smallholder farmers across the Oromia region. Grown at altitudes of 1,650 to 2,000 metres and naturally processed, this Grade 5 lot offers a distinctive flavour profile typical of the Djimmah region.
