What a labour of love this has been! Developed over the space of 12 months it is a blend of beans from Java, Brazil and El Salvador. It’s a bit of an omni roast working fantastically well as an espresso or in a cafetière. Tasting notes: Strong but smooth with nutty caramel overtones
