Our beans come from an established coffee plantation in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana. Using the Bourbon varietal of coffee plant, coupled with the high altitude and rich soil, the farmer has produced a truly exceptional coffee that is clean, bright and sweet in profile with a slight citrus note. This coffee also benefits from being Rain Forest Alliance certified. Tasting notes: Medium body with sweet caramel and chocolate flavours.
