Brew Guide: Use one heaped teaspoon per person (and one for the teapot if using). Add just off the boil water and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes, according to taste. Remove the leaves and serve with or without milk. Grab a slice of hot buttered toast…drink with purpose!
