Brew Guide: Use one heaped teaspoon per person (and one for the teapot if using). Add just off the boil water and allow to infuse for 5 minutes, according to taste. Remove the leaves and serve with or without milk according to taste. Cut yourself a slice of Fruit Cake and enjoy!
