Amigos del Oso Nº 350

Amigos Del Oso (or Friends of the Bear) refers to a group of coffee producers who contribute to the larger El Oso project in Peru’s coffee growing highlands. The project aims to improve coffee quality while championing conservation and the protection of bear habitats in the region. The coffee cherries mature slowly resulting in natural sweetness and complex fruit flavours. Packed with caramel-like flavour, this coffee also has a subtle warm spice note of nutmeg, and a rich finish of dark chocolate.
