Watermelon co-ferment

Another co-ferment banger!! Because we know you lot absolutely love them... THIS time we've got a summer bonanza ; watermelon! A washed Colombian from one of the coffee world heros, Jairo Arcila, this coffee is incredibly juicy, with notes that remind us of foam watermelon sweets. As it is cold brew season, this one is perfect for it! We'd recommend a 48 hour brew on this one, to really bring out the watermelon freshness.
