We've got another super tasty one in store for your brewing pleasure with this one from Elto coffee in the Ana Sora station (Guji district) of Ethiopia which consists of coffees grown by small producers working with local varieties at altitudes between 2,000 and 2,300 meters. This coffee underwent four days of anaerobic fermentation in sealed stainless steel tanks, followed by slow drying for 15 to 18 days on African beds. This process reveals an expressive cup with a syrupy, creamy sweetness. Yeeeeeww!! In the brew I'm getting: Peaches, Strawbery and Cream & Black Tea.
