This roast style has long been celebrated for its full-bodied character, smoothness, and deep, indulgent flavours . Hand Roasted in the classic continental style , these beans are brought to a slightly darker profile than typical medium roasts. The result is a coffee that is strong and flavourful , with low acidity , making it perfect for those who enjoy a smooth, rounded cup without sharp or sour notes.
