Patio Bonito Chiroso

A washed Chiroso from Finca Patio Bonito in Caldono, Cauca, an eleven hectare farm with 47,000 coffee trees across thirteen varieties, managed by Carlos Arturo Trujillo and his daughter Paola. Tasting notes of cooked orange, mild chocolate and toffee, with sugary sweetness and a bright, tart acidity.
