Betania Farm

Betania Farm is part of a collaborative network of smallholder producers in southern Huila, working under a shared philosophy of traditional farming, chemical-free practices, and deep respect for the land. At the heart of this project is Don Linarco (“Don Lino”), whose continuous improvements in harvesting, fermentation control, and drying techniques have elevated both his farm and the surrounding community. LIN16 reflects Betania Farm’s washed tradition, enhanced through controlled oxidation to build sweetness and aromatic depth while preserving clarity and balance in the cup.
