Brazil Yellow Bourbon that has greatly contributed to the development of the city Patrocinion with their coffee growing. Technology has always been a central focus for the family, and ensuring a continuous coffee supply remains one of the group’s strongest commitments. This batch was harvested by hand, pulped and transferred to large sealed bags ensuring oxygen-free (anaerobic) fermentation. We chose this lot for its amazing rich chocolatey body, with the hints of cherry compote, finishing off with smooth, caramel like sweetness.
