Finca El Meridiano

Our first Ecuadorian sourcing venture, a beautiful washed Typica Mejorado from Mario Hervas and his farm, Finca El Meridiano located 1510-1600masl, in a quiet and remote area at the western foothills of the Andes , near the capital, Quito, Ecuador . An ode to Typica Mejorado, which represents 95% of Meridiano's coffee production, this varietal exemplifies a clean, sweet and elegant profile. The coffee presents big notes of stone fruit like peach , with a mango sweetness and a green tea floral elegance on the mouthfeel and finish. Works amazing on filter, and a clean bright espresso.
