What is Swiss Water Decaf? The Swiss Water process of removing caffeine is 100% chemical free, using pure water to gently remove the caffeine. The process removes caffeine via soaking, water extraction and carbon filters. This reduces the loss of organic materials which add to the aroma, taste and flavour profiles created during roasting, without using aggressive chemical solvents and gases in the process.
