Unavailable About Profile We found this coffee with the help of our friends at the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC). The FNC works with us to facilitate our buying in Huila and Nariño. They dry-mill, grade, and bag up all the coffee we have selected and fill the containers for its shipping. They also, due to the nature of the organisation, have the most incredible reach in Colombia and have introduced us to some new farms in different areas. Finca Los Sauces is one such farm. La Argentina is an area north of Pitalito (the town we stay in when buying coffee in Huila) which we haven’t been able to visit yet. The region has all the characteristics that great coffee needs: high-altitude, high-quality cultivars, and a temperate climate. Eduardo has added his knowledge and experience and is producing a coffee with a terrific flavour profile. We hope to be able to visit Eduardo at Los Sauces in the coming years.
