Our decaf will satisfy your thirst for flavour, without having you jittering into the evening. The varieties used in this coffee are selected from two beautiful provinces in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Combining the distinct flavour of the coffees from the limestone regions of the Simbu Province together with the coffees grown in the fertile volcanic soil of the Eastern Highlands, this gives this blend its unique and nicely balanced taste profile. To remove the caffeine from the coffee, the beans go through sugarcane decaffeination. Read more about the process here.
