It is one of the world’s most celebrated and sought-after specialty coffees, prized for its exceptional smoothness and refined flavour. Grown at high elevations in the misty Blue Mountains of Jamaica, the beans mature slowly in cool temperatures, developing a naturally mild, well-balanced profile with bright, clean acidity and almost no bitterness. Notes of soft cocoa, sweet honey and subtle fruit often appear in the cup, creating a delicate complexity that coffee lovers admire.
