Sourced from The Coffee Gardens in Uganda, this microlot reflects a commitment to ethical production, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with local farmers, the project focuses on improving livelihoods, providing training, and strengthening the supply chain from the ground up. This lot has undergone an extended 140-hour fermentation, combining dry and submerged stages, before being slowly dried on African beds. The result is a sweet, bright cup that showcases both careful processing and the region's potential.
