As the lightest and brightest blend on our menu, Fruitopia is designed to be anything but traditional. In partnership with our good friends at Cofinet, we keep this blend dynamic by rotating the components based on the freshest harvests. The secret weapon? Every iteration includes a co-fermented coffee, meaning the coffee cherries were fermented alongside actual fruit to unlock incredible fruitiness and depth. For this release, we've paired Jairo Arcila's Santa Monica Peach Co-Ferment from Colombia (20%) with our Washed Peru La Cima (80%). The Peru brings the structure, clean, citrus acity, and brown sugar finish, while the peach co-ferment from one of Colombia's most respected producing families lifts the cup with juicy stone fruit. The result is exactly what Fruitopia promises to be: bright, fruity, and absolutely delicious. Brew it over ice for the perfect summer coffee.
