Working under the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, one of the country's largest organic and Fairtrade producers, Doyo's growers tend small organic plots high in the hills, often alongside maize, teff and bananas. Grown between 1,800 and 2,100 metres on a mix of heirloom varieties and washed at the cooperative's own station, the result lands bright and tea-like
