Wild Meadow

Sourced from Upper Bukyabo, Uganda. Produced by The Coffee Gardens at elevations between 1800 and 2200 metres. This lot was harvested in January 2023 and is an experimental micro lot produced for the first time this season. This coffee underwent an extended fruit fermentation. 100 hours inside the coffee cherry before pulping, followed by a 40 hour submerged fermentation. The Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 with the goal of producing incredible specialty coffee in an ethical way, offering a transparent and direct link between coffee farmers and coffee consumers. The Coffee Gardens Project was established in 2017 for the purposes of improving farmers’ income and livelihoods by providing rural employment opportunities and increasing transparency /
