Thousands of kilometres away, in the highlands of Ethiopia, Sidamo cherries dry carefully under the sun too. Meeting in this blend, they make a charming, lovable coffee full of character and depth. Minas Gerais brings the nutty and chocolatey goodness with a full-bodied backbone. And the Ethiopian Sidamo offers a soft, natural lift with its sweetness.
