From Ethiopia’s Nensebo region, cherries grown above 1,900 MASL bring bright, fruity sweetness and a gentle citrus lift, developed slowly through careful drying. La Palmera, from Colombia’s Huila department, contributes syrupy sweetness and soft red fruit notes, thanks to its ideal microclimate and thoughtful post-harvest handling. Brazil’s Minas Gerais anchors the blend with a nutty base and velvety body. Here, ripe cherries are dried under the sun and finished with mechanical precision to ensure consistent flavour and mellow depth. The result? Sweet orange, fresh citrus, and a touch of ripe plum, woven together in a cup that's breezy, balanced, and always welcome.
