A chocolate bomb espresso, made for milk. This blend is structured to draw on flavour notes of 70% dark cocoa with notes of 70% dark chocolate, caramer, wafers. Whilst it is ideal for espresso, it also works well as cafétiere for those looking for a slightly darker roast. Suggested espresso recipe: Weight in - 18-19g Weight out - 36-38g Ratio - 1:2 Extraction time - 25-30 seconds
