Brazil Pocos de Caldas is a naturally processed single-origin specialty coffee from the rim of an extinct volcano in Sul de Minas, Minas Gerais — one of Brazil’s most celebrated and historically rich coffee-growing regions. Grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil at 1,000–1,300 metres above sea level, this coffee is a blend of natural lots from small producers who have been cultivating coffee in the Pocos de Caldas area since 1860. Harvested by hand and naturally processed on-farm — dried whole cherry on the patio until reaching ideal moisture content — the result is a beautifully fruit-forward cup with smooth caramel sweetness, ripe cherry depth, and a rich raisin finish that is both warming and deeply satisfying.
