Chileans import beans from across South America and have developed a remarkably discerning coffee culture as a result. The cafes of Santiago and Valparaíso are serious about their cup — and this is the coffee that earns its place on their counters. Herbert & Ward have replicated that standard here. A note on the name: no chilli, no spice — just warm, mellow, and quietly beautiful. Quite unlike anything else in our range. Tasting Notes Citrus fruit and chocolate on the palate, with medium acidity and a smooth, rounded finish. Medium roast.
