Hej FC is a balanced and approachable Colombian coffee from La Plata in North Huila, produced by a collective of four farmers within a local cooperative. A blend of Manzano and Cenicafé varietals, this washed coffee is roasted light to medium to highlight its natural sweetness and clarity. Expect notes of dried fruits and brown sugar, lifted by a subtle hint of citrus for a clean, well-rounded finish. Versatile and dependable, Hej FC performs beautifully across all brewing methods.
