Manos Juntas Coffee

Manos Juntas is a micromill in the Sotara area of Colombia's Cauca region. This particular offering was first purchased in its cherry form. There are currently eight producers participating in the Manos Juntas specialty coffee program, each one a smallholder with 1-2 hectares of coffee. Upon arrival in the micromill, the coffee cherries were placed in large hermetic tanks for a five-day-long anaerobic fermentation and each tank was labeled with the name of the producer, to retain
