Ethiopia Beshasha Washed

A fully washed lot from Mustefa Abakeno's Beshasha wet mill in Jimma, Western Ethiopia. Mustefa manages an 18-hectare farm at 2,040 metres in the Jimma Zone, processing both his own coffee and that of local outgrowers. His partnership with the Falcon team in Addis Ababa spans cherry selection, drying and farm management, ensuring a significant portion of proceeds directly benefits producers. In 2021 agronomist Harun joined to train local farmers, improving cherry selection, day lot separation and moisture monitoring during drying.
