A single micro-lot from Anserma, Colombia- limited release. Grown at 2,200 metres in the highlands of Anserma, this is a precision anaerobic natural that earns its complexity. In the cup, expect big, boozy tropical depth: green mango and rum up front, with a dense layer of cacao and toffee and a long, sticky finish.
