Cafe Dolce Blend

Café Dolce is a sophisticated blend of 100% directly traded, Peruvian and Brazilian coffees. Roasted to a medium roast, between first and second crack it has a greater number of aromatics and a medium body resulting in a well-rounded sweetness that ends with a clean finish. Café dolce has the nutty flavour notes without the bitter aftertaste associated with darker roasted coffees. Café dolce works well as filter, cafetiere and a lighter espresso coffee.
