Brazil Santos
Named after the Brazilian port from which the vast majority of coffee is shipped, the São Paulo region enjoys ideal weather for naturally processing coffee cherries using the ‘dry’ method, where they are sun-dried after harvest. Santos beans are full-bodied and naturally sweet, absorbing sugars from the dry cherries that carry both sweetness and body into the cup. This process also brings out the characteristic earthiness of dry-processed coffees.
