This lot from Okapa brings together vibrant fruit notes with a soft floral edge, balanced by a gentle sweetness that carries through the cup. Sourced from around 1,500 smallholder farmers working with the Outspan 4 Mile wet mill in Goroka, this coffee is carefully processed to bring out clarity and consistency. Only fully ripe cherries are selected before being depulped, fermented for around 12 hours, then washed and dried slowly to preserve its character. The result is a clean, layered cup with plenty going on — fruit-forward, lightly floral, and easy to keep coming back to.
