Built around a smooth, balanced profile, expect notes of milk chocolate, almond and molasses with a syrupy sweetness and rounded finish that works beautifully across espresso and filter alike. As with all of our coffees, every component has been chosen with intention — crafted to deliver consistency, character, and a dependable cup whether you’re brewing at home, in the workshop, or setting off before sunrise. It’s important to order the right grind for the way you make your coffee: Whole bean – for those with a grinder. Coarse – for making in a cafetiere.
