Kindeng Mill

Variety – Arusha, Bourbon, Typica Altitude – 1520-1770 masl Process – Natural Happily celebrating the return of Kindeng Mill, a funkily unique natural Papua New Guinea. It is very rare to see a natural coffee from the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. The area is classified as tropical rainforest with rainfall averaging 358 days per year. Natural coffees can take up to four times longer to dry than washed, making natural processing especially risky. Luckily for the producers, and us, that risk paid off in abundance.
