BEHIND THE BEANS A carefully balanced blend of natural Brazil and washed Colombia, roasted in small batches in Whitminster, Gloucestershire. Brazil provides body, chocolate and roasted nut sweetness. Colombia brings clarity, caramel-like sweetness and a subtle fruit lift. HOW TO BREW IT THE BENCH is designed to work across different brew methods. As espresso, expect a rounded, creamy shot with plenty of body. With milk, the chocolate and nutty flavours become sweeter and more comforting.
